Email blocked as spam

I have some email forwarded from another domain to my btinternet address. 

But the mail and host is being blocked by BT as spam. 

Who do I contact in BT to persuade that the host is not spamming. 

 

"550 Message rejected for policy
reasons (1.1.1.4) - Please check you have authority to send email from
Xxxxxxxx on behalf of the domain xxxx.com.

Make sure your mail forwarder provider is also utilities Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) standard - http://www.openspf.org/SRS, otherwise your mail forwarder may break the SPF checking as the SPF record doesn't match the sender SMTP IP address anymore.
