Senders to my @btinternet.com email address are getting a bounceback with the following message
550 Message rejected for policy reasons (18.104.22.168)
Any advice on how I can this this ?
Yes I am also getting this but there is something odd. A message sent from a valid domain is being bounced with a strange Tucows address somehow getting into the loop

The 216 address is registered to Tucows Canada - this email should not have been routed anywhere near there!
that was a painful 30 mins, BT claim this isn't their issue, despite the 550 message appearing to come from a BT MTA..
