Hi, I am having a problem with accessing my btinternet.com email address from my Android phone and was wondering if anyone could help.
I use the Outlook app to access BT email and it was working fine until this morning. When I opened Outlook, a message was displayed saying I needed to log in again. When I attempted to do so, the system displayed "Logging in" for about two minutes before displaying a message that it had failed. I updated the Outlook app and tried again, with no success.
Have BT changed any settings on their side?

Happens all the time, do nothing and will right itself in a day or two. I presume access via webmail is still ok.

Yeah, webmail is still working fine so I will give Outlook a couple of days and see what happens. The old Yahoo app was still the best, though. Wish they still supported that.
It is worth checking your email clients settings per chance your Outlook is using the Yahoo settings.
