Has any body had problems with there bt yhoo accounts being hacked into recently i have depute a Indian call centre operator

telling me it that the account had not been hacked and was secure it does not  ensure me to trust them  and when they ask

me for a remote access to my pc  ended up being infested with a Trojan virus funny that

When you say that the Indian call centre remotely accessed your computer, was it you who phoned BT or did they phone you? If you phoned them then it would be a genuine call but if they phoned you then you will have been scammed. If you have been scammed then you will need to scan your computer for malware and change your passwords to all your password protected accounts. I would also advise your bank if you do online banking.
