I am the primary account holder and have 4 used emails out of 11. I gave one to my elderly mother, and this has been deleted from my account. She has just gone on holiday today, and advised that she cannot access the email account.
I tried to sign in, and again it is not recognising my primary account details, I logged into my BT and it has been removed from the list.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your mom can't access her email address. What message does she get when she tries to sign in?
How is she trying to access the emails is it through an email client or just through the web browser?
The quickest way to get this sorted is by calling 0800 800 150 and the email team would be able to get this investigated.
Alternatively, if you would like the mods to take a look at this for you, we can do so but due to lack of resources, there will likely be a 24 -48 hour delay.
