Email denial

Hi     My wife has had a mail from BT saying 

You will no longer receive new emails update your settings today 

bla bla bla    No longer support yahoo app

ahe used iPhone mail app   As do I   She hast got emails today    But I have       Sound we phone the number  given  0800 783 0214 ??   Or can we do something else?

I would not phone any number that starts 070

I would not phone  but make sure your settings are correct.  try using web mail and see if that works

The email is correct.

The Yahoo app, which has nothing to do with BT will no longer work with the BT email system and any other email apps or email clients that you use should use the correct BT email settings as per this link otherwise your email app will stop collecting your BT email.
