Email filters not working?

Last time I raises a  question it was 'permanently deleted' within hours... unanswered.

Here it is again...

 

Since we moved from Yahoo I am not able to control the filters on my email.  Also, valid and wanted email from a sender that goes to 'Spam' continues to go to Spam after I have marked it as 'not Spam'.

 

Any ideas please?

You need to keep marking it as not Spam until the filters catch up.

Any ideas please?

Thanks for very quick response.  I can't explain the  'permanently deleted' message that I received!?  Clearly the original post is still there;  however, I still don't know how to change filters.

Filters are called rules in BTMail. Click on your username in the top right corner select Settings > Mail > Rules > Add
