For ages my laptop outlook keeps dropping me email, it receives but fails to send.
I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times, but it still drops.
I am paying £7.50 a month for a poor service!!!
thoughts please as I am at a loss.

Can you send and receive when using a web browser using the direct link BTMail
Can you log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email, Manage" and check to see in the page that opens what it states your account type is.
