Hi I have just got a new phone, I've installed the email app on the new phone it's asking me to log in, I've forgot my password when I click on the forgot password link it takes me to a screen to confirm details it asks for my DOB, postcode and mother's maiden name, I fill in these boxes with the correct information but it keeps giving me a message saying the information entered is incorrect (I know it's not) I've had this email address for years & years, can someone please help
