Email logging out after a minute

After I've logged into my btopenworld emails I'm logged out almost immediately even if I'm reading or sending an email. This has just started happening today on my works PC. Everything is working fine on my iphone

Have you tried clearing the history and cookies from your web browser?

No I haven’t , I’ll try that when I’m back in work on Monday.

I've now cleared my web browser of cookies and history and everything now seems to be working fine.

Good practice to clear your cookies once in a while, but I think the upgrade today to v2.18.2 of WebMail was the actual cure to your logging out issue...
