Email login impossible

Trying to log in to btyahoo email account.  Gives me CA Authentication Adapter Controller but stays blocked.

Same if I try to log in the MyBT

Hi @valu welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? 

BT Yahoo no longer exists so I want to make sure that you're trying to log in on www.bt.com/email

Hi Neil,

Thanks, was unable to clear using Firefox.  Have access meanwhile with different browser.  Will check Firefox settings later.  BT online help gave me details.
