Email login problems

General problems email login problems. Particularly when away. Staying at a resort in South Lakes, recently, notice placed by management stating " bt email does not work!" Often get login panel flash up requesting username and password when abroad. Use email hosting software on pixel phone and Microsoft Outlook. Any similar experiences or advice appreciated

Hi @pabrowne, sorry you're having trouble accessing your email account.

Have a look at: Solved: Re: Impossible to access BT email abroad - help pl... - BT Community some of the posts on this thread may help you. Accessing via webmail may work as an alternative.
