My wife and I share an email account. We both run PCs with Windows 10. I can access the email with no problem but when my wife then tries to access the email on her PC, after logging in with correct username and password, the system loops back to the Home screen again. Is this because I am already in the email and there is now a restriction limiting the users' access to one at a time? We never had this problem before last Sunday. We both use Google Chrome to access email. She has tried using other browsers but the same thing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this please?
