I have never used this board before and I believe that the issue above will correct itself within a few days, so I am basically on here to complain as it is actually pointless speaking to BT.
The above issue is persistent and most annoying. I noticed that a number of people suffer from the issue so BT why can you not resolve? I have had this issue on numerous occasions over the years.
I know you can access your email using a web browser but the email changes BT have made are awful and difficult to navigate.
So if somebody from BT reads this complaint can it be resolved, please?
