I use the BT email app on my iPhone to read my emails and EM client on my computer.
I have noticed an email on my computer that is not on the BT app inbox or spam folder. If I log on to my BT emails on line it does not appear there either. I have not blocked the sender.
Is there anything I can do to avoid this I am concerned that I may miss something important
Have you configured EmClient as POP3 or IMAP? If the former, have you also ticked the box to leave a copy of the message on the server?
