I never gave any numbers. I said it was relatively few in comparison to the over all number of email users but if you know differently....... and as for your reason why it happens .. well what more is there to say about that!

You used a figure of 10,000 affected customers to backup your argument. Do you have any basis for that or was it just made up.

Also, resolving itself in a few days isnt really acceptable is it.

I suggest you re-read what I said. I did not say it was a figure of 10,000. I said "Out of in excess of six million email addresses even 10,000 would be relatively few"  which is not saying it is 10,000 affected users!

I never said or inferred it was acceptable I only pointed out that it usually resolves itself in a few days.  You seem to have a very odd way of interpreting things.

I think everyone agrees with that. I've said enough times that BT are ignoring this issue, so the advice is simply to do nothing and wait.

I believe the best advice is to get a different mail service, eg. Gmail.

So 10,000 is  a meaningless figure thrown in to try and justify a flawed argument.

I was not arguing. I was pointing out that your statement about why the problem happens was ridiculous and in your words "flawed" so perhaps it is best that you are through with the "discussion".
