Email not working

HI,

 

I have only recently moved my Phone and broaerdband from TalkTalk to BT. I am using MS Outlook 10. I want to be able to send/receive my Talktalk emails still. I tried changing the Outgoing mail server settings to the BT one whilst keeping the incomming mail server as the talktalk one. the reason why i did this is because i can receive emails ok but cant send. PLEASE PLEASE help

Have you set the outgoing server details to mail.btinternet.com, port 465 SSL enabled and your user name and password to your xxxx@btinternet.com address? See screenshot.
