My main BT email account has suddenly stopped sending emails on both my iphone and ipad.
I am still able to receive emails.
My other BT email accounts work fine on both devices.
I have deleted and reinstalled the email twice making sure the password is correct on incoming and outgoing settings.
All the emails work fine on my PC.
Oddly I am able to send to myself ok but not to anyone else on the ios devices.

Has there been an IOS update recently?
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium Email account?

I have just updated my phone to the latest IOS 15.4.1 and the same problem is occurring
that I cannot send out emails.
Are the emails collecting in the outbox? If you can't see one then they are not.
Do you have another email account that does work with your phone?
Yes they are collecting in the Outbox.
I have 2 other BT accounts on the phone with the same settings which work perfectly.
Sorry - you did say about the other accounts. My bad!
Can you try logging in via BT web mail and sending a message from there?
