Email 'passwod hack'

Hi all,

Recently my password has had to be changed multiple times because BT yahoo detected activity.

FIrst I cannot use @ and similar symbols to make a better password, but it wont let me.

How long till the BT yahoo email is switched over to BT?

Its absolutely insane that BT Yahoo cannot secure its email -

has anyone else had to change password many times?

Re: Email 'passwod hack'

There would appear to be some problems with BTYahoo and the ongoing migration of the email system to BTMail.

Are you having the problems accessing your email via an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird or via webmail by logging on at https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform or is it both.

Have you read this  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/39411/   and worked your way through it per chance your account has been hacked although I suspect it is not hacking that is causing your problem. If you search the forum you will see others have had the same problems.

Re: Email 'passwod hack'

It might not be Yahoo's fault this time.  It seems that Critical Path are no better at looking after customers' accounts
