Email password change

hi I went to log into my bt yahoo email and it would not recognise my details, so I changed password and still didn't let me log in I have done this 4 times now and getting nowhere?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for BT Premium email?

How are you trying to logon, is it via a browser.  Try this link.
