Hi. I hope you can help me. I can see emails on my PC but not on my iPhone or iPad. Having read other posts, it looks like I need help synchronising the password. Please can you give me some advice as I have spent three days going round in circles!
Turn off your iPad and iPhone so they are not attempting to connect to the mail server, change your email password in webmail on your PC, wait an hour to give the servers chance to synchronise and then try connecting with one device using the new password, if successful repeat with other devices one at a time.
