Hi I have 2 btinternet email addresses on my account and on all 4 of my devices 2 android phones an iPad and android tablet it’s suddenly asking me for email password. When I put the password in it says it’s incorrect but when I log in to bt.com the same password works perfectly. I have also changed password on bt.com. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall the email but I can’t reinstall it as it says password incorrect. I have phoned bt and they have been very helpful but eventually said if password works on bt.com then not a bt issue.
How can 2 separate email addresses both with bt fail on 4 separate devices at the same time with the same password issue. It’s clearly not a device issue. Can anyone help please!
