I am using windows 10 and for the last 2 days emails are appearing in the BT Mail Inbox, but only the header is showing not the content.
Can anyone advise me how to overcome this problem please?
I presume you are using webmail via a web browser. If you are, which one are you using and have you tried a different browser.
I am using Internet Explorer and have used this with BT Mail for quite some time and all was well until a COUPLE OF DAYS AGO.
I appreciate "all was well until a COUPLE OF DAYS AGO." but I asked if you had tried a different browser to try and establish if it is a possible problem with the browser or a problem at BT.
Tried Edge instead and can read message ok. In IE11 the message very briefly displays then disappears.
If it is displaying OK in Edge it looks like it could be a browser problem. To be sure it might be worth trying in Chrome as well.
Have you enabled any new addons in IE11. Try it in compatibility mode by going to Tools > Compatibility View Settings
Thanks. It works ok in Chrome. I added BT.com to compatibility mode and it came up with your browser needs updating to IE11. This is what I am running anyway. I clicked on Update but nothing happens.
