Looks like I have the same problem now. I've tried my outlook program and the BT mail page on 2 different computers and still the same. I was waiting for a call from the second line team tonight, but of course they did not ring.
Judging by the posts on this Forum this issue has been going on for months or years for some people.
To be honest I'm not going to put myself through the strees that some people have endured on here.
If no one can offer me a solution, I'm going straight to watch dog. I've allready cut and pasted all the posts of frustrated people
on here going back 2 years.
I do hope BT can come up with a fix in the next 48hrs for there sake.
