Email sign in problem

Hello. 
I’m trying to see if my old bt email is still active but I’m presented with your not Currently logged into email to login please press here. I did try to do that and it takes me to the original page where it asks me to sign I with bt Id, it then Just text me back to the error page. Any ideas?

Try using this log on page

BT Email

You should also try logging onto the BT broadband account that the email is associated to and check in "extras" then  manage email to see if it is there. 

However if you are no longer a BT Broadband customer or if you have not used the email account in the previous 90 days it will have been deleted.
