Email sub account security

Hi everyone, 

My son has an email under my account. When he is abroad, he is always asked for a code which has to be accessed by me through My BT and is a bit of a nightmare with time differences. I do not have 2SA activated but wondered how I can permit him access without all the drama

Get him to set up his own BTID and then 'gift' the address to him.
