Email trash

When I try to empty email trash, I get a Message (You have moved this message while using another device at the same time, please refresh your screen) how do I erase these emails?

Try dragging and dropping them into Trash.

I have tried that but when I move the email, I get the no entry sign and it won't go into the trash

Do you access your email on more than one device?

If so try turning off all the devices with the exception of one. Clear the cookies and history from the browser on that one device and then log onto your BTMail account and try deleting the emails again.

I only use one device IMac. I use Chrome to log onto BTMail and I regularly clear cookies and history, but I will try clear everything and log onto BTMail.

I now have no access to my trash just the annoying circe going round stating Loading I know I have 200 plus email in the trash.
