It would be helpful if BT would investigate both Yahoo and BT webmail.
Webmail is a term used when you access your email using a web browser. This applies to both the BTYahoo and BTMail email systems.
To determine which email system you are on you need to log onto your email account via webmail i.e using a web browser, and if you look at the BT logo if you see Yahoo it means you are on the BTYahoo email system. If there is no mention of Yahoo it means you are on the BTMail system.
