Email

Many of my received emails are going straight to trash instead of my inbox.  Any ideas why? Help needed please.

Re: Email

If you are on the BTMail system as opposed to the BTYahoo email system you can add the address of the items that are going into spam to your safe sender list which should stop that from happening.

To do that:

1. From the Settings tab, select the Safe senders" folder and click on the Add button

2. Add the email address you want to mark as safe and click Save

3. After a confirmation message the email address will be added to your list of safe senders

4. To remove a safe sender you just need to click on the Delete button

Hi, welcome to the forums.

Do you use more than one device to check your emails? I.e. do you use webmail on a laptop, then app/client on a smartphone etc?

Re: Email

I only use my PC to check email. Am using Amazon Kindle Fire to do this, but struggle with it for emails
