I have received an email from BT saying I need to use my email account or risk having it closed. I use the address all the time but in the new BT email app. Are you going to close that account? Please dont. I need it!

Prior to starting to use the new BT Email app how had you been accessing your emails?
Can you log into BT Mail on bt.com and this will reset the 90 day counter.
