Email

I can't sign into my BT email from my android device. Made a new password now keeps displaying a notice saying NO NETWORK AVAILABLE

There was  an earlier problem with the BTMail app which was stopping users from logging on but the issue has apparently now been resloved.

How are you trying to access your email. Is it with a web browser and if so which one or are you using an email client/app and if so which one?

If you are using an email client/app, when you changed your password did you change it via a web browser or just on your Android device?

Have you tried logging on to BTMail using a web browser?

Have you tried turning your Android device off and on?

If your Android device is a mobile phone, do you get the same error if you use 4/5g instead of your homes wireless connection?
