Email

For no apparent reason I can no longer access my email messages.  Although it shows how many messages I have I can only get any attachments but no message text.  I have no idea why and BT spport have been no use despite hanging on for ages for a reply.  BT email has suddenly become almost unusable!

Log onto your email account on a web browser and if you look at the right hand side you will see a "View" button. Click on that and select any view other than "Attachment" view.
