Email

Its been a week where I have to log on to my email through the bt website because it refuses to accept my account on my Samsung phone. Why. Also when I log onto the web it puts me through to the Yahoo  not the bt mail and uses my old talk 21 not the btinternet and I can't change that either. When I go onto my account details about my emails it shows that it's locked so I unlock it but it makes no difference and shows up locked the next time I log in. Been on the call centre but all I got was it's working all right this end. Not helpful

Are you currently a BT Broadband customer, or are you paying £7.50 a month for BT Premium mail?

I am a BT customer. The problem extended to my desktop and have been without my email since 20th January.  Have managed to get it up on desktop again but for how long and no joy on my phone.
