Yes every single time BT 'upgrade' or 'improve'  e mail there are more and more problems and it's always worse than it was before. Will they ever learn? I doubt it because BT simply don't listen or pay any attention to customers. I have complained to them so many times about their e mail system and complaints are completely ignored. I give up and am looking for another provider.
