i have this message " We've protected your account for your security We'll take you through what to do next." but they send the pin to the locked email which i cant access..have tried to email talk to Bt but no help.. Someone please help

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150
