We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Hi, Earlier today I still had around 12 or so emails in my inbox - some dating as far back as 2015 I think. This afternoon they suddenly disappeared. There were not in the trash folder, and I have checked every single folder, with no trace of them. I am still receiving emails OK since this happened, but I am unable to trace where these emails are. I am really upset because nearly all of these emails (including one received today) are really important. Other than this issue, my email (webmail) has been working fine for many months. Can anyone help please?
Hi Villafan1, I'm sorry you're emails are not in your inbox, check out this missing email link for more info on how this can happen. Have you set up your email on another device? I've seen similar issues before when the email has been added to another device using pop settings.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have checked the link you provided. No, I haven't added my email to another device. I only use email (webmail) on my laptop, not my phone or any other device. They were there for several hours on the day, then literally they vanished from my inbox. All folders (including spam) checked. I have BT broadband, so this is not a 'general' email account. Does the fact I am a broadband customer mean that the emails might be recoverable from BT's servers? Thanks, Linda
