Re: Emails not arriving ....

I can view my emails online at Yahoo.
And finally after most of the afternoon getting messages making me repeatedly retype my password I have finally downloaded 6 messages.
This keeps happening - BT email is hopeless.
Why does this happen ?

Re: Emails not arriving ....

Really ? Is it something I just have to put up with ?
Should I just get a different email ?
I suppose I'm a bit old school, but I feel I get my broadband and phone with BT so the email should be part of that package.... and should work !!

Should I just get a different email ? That is an option. If you get an non ISP email account such as gmail you are not tied to an ISP just because of your email address and will be able to change Internet providers easily to get the best prices and your gmail address is not affected.

When there are problems you are best just to wait it out and not change anything such as password or settings especially if your email is working via webmail.
