Emails not sent using app

Hi I sent someone 2 emails using the app and was waiting for their reply. However, it appears that they weren't sent. They're not in the sent folder, but I definitely pressed reply, type6d them and pressed send. They're not in drafts. This is very inconvenient for me and yhe person I'm sending them to. Please can you tell me why this might be and how I can stop it happening again?

Many thanks

Re: Emails not sent using app

If you are using the BTMail app the answer to your questions are a) because you used the BTMail app and b) don't use the BTMail app. Use a decent email app such as Bluemail.

The BTMail app is in my and others opinion not a very good email app, as well as the Bluemail app there are other free email apps that are far better.

If you are using the BTMail app try sending directly to the person rather than using the "reply to" function.

If the above is not applicable, which device and which app are you using?

Does it happen when you use the direct route rather than the "reply to" method?

Does it happen to all the emails that you reply to?

Thanks for the reply. It wad just to that person. Seems to work when I send it directly. Do you know why the app has these issues?

Because it is a very poorly designed app. It has had problems from the first day it was available.
