Emails rejected as spam

Emails I'm trying to send to my partner's and my BTIntenet.com email accounts are being rejected as spam. I thought it might be my work email that was the issue, but the same thing happens from other personal email accounts. 

Can we do anything to fix this....? 

These are the messages I receive:

This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address :

--XXXXX@btinternet.com 

could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :

-- Recipient email server rejected the message

 

Additional information follows :

-- Message rejected on 2021/09/30 09:31:30 BST, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (60C7DAE41451F729) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

 

And:

550 5.7.350 Remote server returned message detected as spam -> 554 Message rejected on 2021/09/30 09:33:17 BST, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (60C7DD1214525485) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

DSN generated by: PR3PR07MB6923.eurprd07.prod.outlook.com
