I have all of a sudden experienced the two issues with my btinternet email accounts:
1. All emails which I sent from two of my email accounts get sent to the spam folder since this morning; and
2. The “Safe Sender” function also fails this afternoon.
I have reported it to the BT email team but they are pessimistic about resolving these issues. Can someone advise me if there has been a recent update of the email software that triggers these issues and what would be a best solution please?

Can you clarify. Are you sending emails to your two BTMail accounts from the same two BTMail accounts and the sent emails are going into the spam folders of the two BTMail accounts?
Do you have the email address of the two BTMail accounts entered in the two BTMail accounts Safe Senders list?

unfortunately, this happens again this morning…
