Emails via Outlook

Hello, I have suddenly lost the ability to send emails from my Outlook account. I am still receiving my BT emails through it. The outgoing ones are sitting in the Outbox - with 'working on it' as the message. Can anyone help please?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
