Hope someone can help me with this, since last night I have been unable to either send or recieve e-mails. When I try and send an e-mail I get the following mesage:
An error occurred while sending the message.
Error 0781. Please call us on 0800 111 4567 so we can help you fix this.
I spoke to someone from BT using the chat facility on the website and I am booked in for a callback this afternoon. However I notice from looking at previous posts that the mods have helped people with this error in the past and wondered if they can assist me too.
