Good afternoon,
Very recently, I've been getting the Error 553 message, when trying to send emails, which is stopping the email being sent.
I've just checked my IP address & no issues with that.
My emails don't have a signature & I've just tried sending a blank "test message" email & that got the same Error 553 message.
I have sent emails by temporarily turning off my Norton VPN, but that's not a permanent solution.
Any further help please?

Check SMTP settings in accordance with https://www.bt.com/help/email/manage-email-account/manual-settings/what-are-the-settings-for-outgoin....
If they look good but you still get the same error then delete and re-enter them
