Error 553

Like others I cannot send emails from home when previously I have had no problems. It is error 553. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to see that you're experiencing problems with sending some emails.

This error can usually be caused by the contents of your email or by the amount of people that you are emailing.

Have you tried logging in through https://www.bt.com/mail and sending the email from there?

I am sorry you're having these problems.  Are you connected through a VPN?  If so, disconnect and try sending the emails again please.

If you don't know what a VPN is you won't be using one.
