Hi
Have been getting this error for a few days.
Am not using a VPN
Have reset my home internet
Have used different browsers
Have deleted cache etc.
Called the helpline who said the problem might be because I am in Thailand but I have been here for 4 years with no issues until the last few days.
Any advice please?

The code generally can mean that the IP address your connection is using is on a blacklist.
You could try turning your router off for half an hour and when you turn it back on you may be issued with a new IP address that hopefully is not black listed.
As regards using your email account while living in Thailand, that is against the Terms and Conditions of the BT email account.
While BT may have chosen to ignore it previously it may be that they are tightening up on this and are blocking such use.
