I am being driven insane by an error box coming up when I am trying to forward an email, (also does this when just typing an email in). Attempts to then send end in failure with another error box telling me to try later. So how much later !!!
This started happening with the so-called whizzo new email facility. Give us the old one back please !!
First box says "unexpected error"
Second box is similar after pressing Send, but tells you to try later
I have the same problem, reported it to BT but it apparently needs to be sorted by the BT email specialist team. There however lays the problem as while over the past two weeks I have been booked a call back from the BT email specialist team on five occasions I am still waiting, but a least I have now got BT ringing me to check if I have received a call back and so it goes on. Not a good advert for BT management who profess to be customer and user friendly.
Hi, I am experiencing the very same symptoms as you wrote. I have 3 times dealt with the help lines and spent a lot of time changing browsers, detailing the fault, and each person comes up with different options . Some of them work temporarily but the same problem comes back.
I can receive, do all the things to start an email , then as it auto saves the message pop up box comes on and the whole screen lightens up. If I click OK, it goes back to normal. Then after a while the box reappears again.
Then if I want to go into DRAFTS and bring the message up to carry on, it has only saved from the initial point and nothing else that I have typed have been added. Also it wont send. This is very frustrating and hindering my work.
I have never encountered any previous problems. Is this a result of the recent upgrade?
