Freakishly, I did that! Yes, I resent it using the same word, it rejected it again. I tried again numerous times over a 30 minute period. I also 'cut & pasted' the exact original text into an emergency 'GMail' address I have, went 1st time no issue. Gmail obviously treat me as an adult LOL
I'm sorry but I don't understand why you persevere with such a flaky email system when you can have an E-Mail account and 15GB of cloud storage free of charge from Google, it just doesn't compute.

You just need to accept it. I have no idea why people persevere with Electric Vehicles when they are certainly not green, and a nuisance to keep on the road - go figure!
Shockingly, BT is definitely practising censorship on it's emails. We experimented earlier today with some 'test' messages. Using some simple curse words, the email was refused with the stated 'policy' error message. When I replaced the vowels of the errant words with an *, they went straight through.
I look forward to a future exposé of top BT management saying, "but we were only doing what was right...", and the lower echelons saying, "we knew what was happening, but we were just following orders..."
The whole thing is just disgusting, and BT needs to seriously examine any algorithms they are using in the belief they are simply preventing spam, because they are not working!
Follow the advice in message 12 otherwise "You just need to accept it"

I just find it difficult to 'accept it'. Where I see blatant stupidity (I never wore a futile mask, or obeyed numerous lockdown rules) I spoke out vociferously against them. Yes, I'll just accept it, but it doesn't make it right...
I have no idea why your emails are being rejected (unless they really are out to get you). I can send test messages with all sorts of naughty words without problem.
I find it difficult to understand how BT can possibly monitor the text of an email.

That's what I thought, so I also tried different browsers to see if that was generating the error message, Chrome, FireFox & Edge all gave the same result. Maybe I am just being picked on LOL Still, now I know the workarund (inserting an * to stop it appearing so naughty!), it's liveable with...
Does your problem happen if you log on and use another device connected to a different network. ie have you tried it on a friend's or family members computer?
No I haven't, do you think that my Sky router is censoring me then? I do, when called upon, have a shocking vocabulary LOL 😂
