Error when trying to send an email with a link in

We keep getting an error message when trying to send an email with a link in. It is a link we've sent before and had no problem with.

The error is: 'Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (674901EE007CD291)' when trying to send an email with a link in.

I searched the community and someone said it was to do with BCC however this won't send to a simple email address. Can anyone help? Thank you

Re: Error when trying to send an email with a link in

Hi there @Wilbers

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

Could you try disconnecting your broadband for 15-20 minutes and then reconnect.

Do you get the same error message if you try sending the email again after doing this?

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.
