And mine is getting slower.
Have you tried to delete emails it is so slow I have to close it down & reopen. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone the other day to BT, off the record they agreed it is not good, but they seem to have no idea how to improve it, seems they were paying Yahoo and wanted to save the cost, unfortunately at a cost to their customers. To get spam to keep accepting the same sender they suggested block the sender as well, not a lot of point in having a spam box is there. Once I find a way to keep my folders and my email address for about 6 months I will go elsewhere for broadband as well, for which they are way over charging me.
