A couple of times recently I've received a pop-up message on Facebook saying that they cannot reach me on my BT email address and inviting me to change the address stored on their system. Does this mean that BT are blocking my emails from them and, if so, does anyone have advice on the best way to resolve it without being given the runaround by BT's support staff?
